Agree with previous post...David Sohn is a crook... David Sohn is a lying thief and a total deadbeat. If you want to deal with a reliable, honest and trustworthy dry cleaners you sure don't want to go here.
Fast Service I always take my dry cleaning here! It is a little more pricey than some of the other dry cleaners but what I love about this place is that it only take one day to get your dry cleaning back! I have went to other places that took 4 days. I have to have my uniform for work dry cleaned and thos place has really been a life saver!
There are OTHER cleaners I haven't had to deal with the owner, like the previous reviewers, but if the woman working the counter is any indication...just go somewhere else. I just walked out.
Will not be going back! Lott Laundry and Cleaners ruined one of my blouses which was brought to my attention by the store clerk. Upon returning to the store for resolution, the owner, David Sohn refused to accept responsiblity or provide any renumeration and has yet to return my ruined blouse. I will not be returning to Lott Laundry and Cleaners.
