Amazing office of amazing people! Dr Lott, Dr Huang and everyone are wonderful and have truly helped change my life for the better.
Love this place. Been to a lot of clinics in likeness but never treated so well. Both Ms Rousch and Michelle at the front desk were phenomenal. They genuinely want to help you and see you succeed and if it’s in their reach to do so they will give everything to get you there. This clinic has top tier hospitality. Every health center should take notes and be modeled after this one. thank you again.
All the people I've interacted with here (Mostly Brian, Dr. Hung, Suzette, Michelle, and all the front desk staff) have been kind, compassionate, and willing to adapt to my needs. They also win my fastest prescriber response award. When they made a small mistake on my medication, the pharmacy faxed them and it was fixed in a couple of hours. In my 10 years of health issues, I've never had it done better than that.
Everyone here at Lott has been wonderful. From the reception to my provider Judy. They truly are a wonderful practice and a much needed asset for the community!
