They were very efficient and friendly, with texts providing useful preparation info. My only criticism would be that it would be better to first get an ‘overview’ text stating all the changes in diet for preparation, and when these need to happen, perhaps a month before the procedure. That way when you are planning meals at the grocery you know what NOT to buy and what additional items you may need to prepare in the week before. They were very attentive
I called to make appointments and provide information re:my health background and because I asked and strongly suggested that they use consent forms instead of having the patient provide all information. They cancelled my procedure and stated that they would not service me because I was rude to staff. I felt that same way as the receptionist kept cutting me off mid sentence. But, at this point I’d rather find my own specialist since the staff suggested they were doing me a favor by seeing me anyway.
