Paid for a Feasibility Study to which I was sent an invoice after delays and poor communication saying when I paid the invoice I would get the study immediately. Paid the invoice immediately and four days go by but no communication at all and no study. Finally I received the study only to find out it’s incomplete and after meeting with Mike Nichols, I was told I would be getting the site plan and the rest of what I paid for in the next few days and that was September 19.
