Incredible service. I explained what was going on with my brows and Lana was patient, listened intently, and talked me through her approach as she went to work. She provided thoughtful recommendations for how to maintain my desired look and tips for upkeep at home. When I inquired about another potential service, she politely advised against it given what she'd learned about brow-needs --- this is such a "green flag" to me!! I had a deep cleanse facial done and loved my experience with Lana. Lana was so nice and gave great advice about my skin condition and skincare routine. I felt super pampered and would definitely come again.
Lana is such a gem! She has created an incredibly warm and relaxing environment in her studio, so that when I walk into her space I immediately feel at ease. I go to her for facials and waxing. I recommend Lana to all of my friends, and feel lucky to have found an esthetician that is so passionate about her work and her clients. I took at least 5 of the facial sessions and for sure will take more again.
Best kept secret in SF. I feel like I'm at my own "private" spa. I've gotten waxes and facials here before, and I'm impressed with the results every time. Definitely would recommend.
