Will NOT shop with them again ! Payed 43.00 for I day service, and it came the second day, and they would not refund the difference. They claim it was out of their control, and UPS said, it was they fault ! Well because no one would take responsibility, {especially Lotioncrafter} I had to leave for vacation for 2 weeks, and not have my order. Plus, it then sat in my mailbox for 2 weeks when it should have been refrigerated. Be careful, a good company is based on what they do when there is a problem, not when there isn't !
I will have to say that the customer service is outstanding. Will always buy from there.
