Since it was inexpensive I didn't bother to contact them about it, I thought it was user error. I received an email stating that people were having issues with the mixer and asking about my experience. I was immediately refunded. Who does that??!! Lotioncrafter does! 💕

I ordered for the first time from Lotioncrafter a few days ago. I was a little worried since I always order from the same few companies for supplies, in particular that it'd take a long time to ship since I live across the country. They shipped the same day I ordered and it got to me faster than any other company! Amazingly packaged and free little pipettes. So so happy with my order and today I received an email saying they refunded the shipping overages! Great company! Will definitely be ordering from them again!
