Used the online portal to place the order for Mother’s Day flowers and also a little treat filled giant mug. It seems the delivery contractor misplaced the treat but within hours it was also delivered. I appreciate how hectic Mother’s Day is and as a business owner this minor glitch was handled efficiently and with grace.
