We use them at our office in Sterling Heights, great crowns rarely have to adjust and their removables are well made. Keith and staff are fast to respond and very knowledgeable. Belinda is always super pleasant as well.
If this is truly someone's experience and view point I am disappointed and sincerely apologize. However, we have been able to sustain our business for the past 43 years by providing a quality product and going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and standing behind our product. We have never done business with anyone by the name of Dennis Pole and therefore cannot substantiate the validity of this review.
I have been using this lab for 2 months, almost every crown had to be redone, very rude customer service. the owner of the lab is disrespectful, I don't know how they stay in business. I wouldn't recommend them at all, many other labs to choose from
