I had a great experience with Dr. Lotfi and his team. He is a very kind and pleasant doctor. Excellent at what he does and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions patiently and professionally at my initial appointment and then afterwards. His staff are professional and very communicative. I definitely recommend him and his expertise to anyone who is looking for a wonderful vascular specialist/surgeon.
He changed his office address, but he didn't tell to his patient, my mom had an appointment with him yesterday, first of all ,she went to newmarket office ,the other dr. Secretary said, he changed his address to Aurora, she got uber to the new office. When she asked why didn't let me know to change your address, Secretary said, I forgot. Dr Lotfi and his office have been caring for my elderly mother for several years now. He is one of the most kind and compassionate doctors you could wish for and his office administrator Helen goes out of her way to help and look after us. Dr Lotfi and staff set the high standard in professional patient care.
I had complications with my TAVI surgery during which my femoral arteries were damaged, causing internal bleeding. Dr Lotfi managed to repair the damage and saved my life.
