Dr Lotfi and his office have been caring for my elderly mother for several years now. He is one of the most kind and compassionate doctors you could wish for and his office administrator Helen goes out of her way to help and look after us. Dr Lotfi and staff set the high standard in professional patient care.
I had complications with my TAVI surgery during which my femoral arteries were damaged, causing internal bleeding. Dr Lotfi managed to repair the damage and saved my life.
I am very disappointed of the way this clinic's staff operate. Firstly, in last May when I had the test done the technician did not remove the bandages, stuck the wand in between the leg and bandage, tore the skin and caused bleeding to an already severe wound. It is a year now, that I have had this severe condition and now I go to have the test done again and they do not inform me that they moved the appointment 15 minutes ahead, so argue about this fact with me for 5 minutes.
