very nice restaurant with great environment. near the beach and surrounded by other fun stores to peak into. food did take a while to come, for only 4 little tacos. BUT, they were honestly VERY delicious. I got the vegetarian tacos and they were so juicy and smoky and delicious. the quac was a little small but good, though the chips were sort of bland but the quac helped them.

Horrible experience. Went to Loteria with my wife and 23 year old son to eat at the bar. My son did not have his I.d. , but was not going to order alcohol. Bartender refused to serve us with her nasty attitude told us to get out. Walked into Capitoline which is owned by same people and were welcomed warmly by Molly who recognized us and knew our son.
