Just so you know they go under Forefront Property Management now. They are still just as dreadful. Stay far away from these crooks! Their communication style is still awful!!! We never had any issues with our previous management company but once Lot 74 took over we had a whole slew of miscommunication and other issues. Our rental property was finally inspected after 2 years and they also pick and choose when to play "property manager." Take your business elsewhere if you can!
