The business owner is very rude!
Their dispatcher dumped out one of their containers full of garbage on the side of my road. The customer had moved and they left their container sitting there for months, not keeping track that the costumer had canceled their service, After calling several times to no avail, the town of Ridgefield kindly picked up the garbage. What type of garbage company litters?
Horrible customer service. Just had some rude lady hang up on me and tell me to go somewhere else for my garbage pickup. I have been a customer for 7 years and THEY missed my pickup on Wednesday, yet won't come and get it now.
I just like to say that I confused this compnay with J.R. Lostocco who are actually the horrible staff and this happened with them not Lostocco Refuse Service they were very kind!!
I was with this company for 2 years and had great service with one girl that worked in the office. she appearently left right before I was moving and when my husband went down there to end our service and pay off our last bill, he was badgered as to why we would cancel service and not transfer it (the new place had garbage removal), what was all my new address info and new landlords info and was told they will not pick up our trash can just in case the next people wanted to use it!!
