First of all this place is a Gutter special. They allow all the crack heads and drug dealers to move in. They allow the worse type of people in. We are a Military family that my husband is retiring and finding a home so far is hard to do. Chasity called after my husband looked into them after I told him I never would live there. These are the slums of Branson. Cockroaches, mold, water leaks, patches instead of repairs, dirty, dog poop everywhere, extremely poor communication, etc. I’m so glad we got my daughter out of there!

It's alright lived here for for 2 years going on my third(I think) just be aware that cops get called pretty regularly on the government funded and the local kids are not to loud (Update) Should have kept my mouth shut now they have a mega phone

So after signing my third lease here I feel qualified to give an honest review. All I have heard are reports of drug dealing and mold and/or roaches in apartments but my apartment is very clean. In my experience, mold and bug infestation are usually caused by tenants. There's nothing here worth complaining about. Loud neighbors? I have headphones and a radio. Safety concerns? None affecting my daughter and I. In terms of apartments, I have found none in Branson cheaper for the size and quality you get and with a pool worth s... read more
