So after signing my third lease here I feel qualified to give an honest review. All I have heard are reports of drug dealing and mold and/or roaches in apartments but my apartment is very clean. In my experience, mold and bug infestation are usually caused by tenants. There's nothing here worth complaining about. Loud neighbors? I have headphones and a radio. Safety concerns? I would like to thank lost tree especially Jamie and Teresa and everyone else because they do an amazing job. They make sure that when there's something going wrong with the apartment that they get the maintenance people there ASAP and they make sure that they have pest control come in and do inspections just to make sure that everything is going well with the apartment so I give them five stars because they are doing an amazing job and they're very understanding and caring people thank you lost tree
Jamie was so amazing our entire process of getting into an apartment. she made it so easy and had an answer to any questions we had. she was so sweet and funny i can’t wait to be seeing her more often around the apartments!
