RecommendedThis is the BEST BBQ in Utah!! The brisket is tender, the chicken is succulent, and the mashed potatoes melt in your mouth. Mmmm. If you're looking for real Texas smoke flavor, this is the place!

Oh man the food and service is amazing. This place is a lot better then Huntsville bbq. The meat was so tender and juicy and the portions are very big. We will be seeing this place a lot.
Best BBQ since I was in North Carolina. The Carolina sauce is true to form, and has reignited my love for good BBQ. The staff is friendly, and obviously passionate about what they do. This place belongs on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, as it is easily on par with the restaurants I have seen there in terms of quality and flavor. In my mind, it's the "Red Iguana" of BBQ joints.

We had lunch here today and what a treat. The pulled pork sandwiches were delicious and the owners were absolutely the best. This is a must try!!!
