I bought a trailer from Lost Spur Trailers a year ago and started to have some issues with it. One of the fender lights went out and two tires kept loosing pressure. I reached out to Chris the owner in June and he told me he would look into if there was a warranty but then I never heard anything. I reached out again in July and he promised he would mail me a fender light to replace the burnt out one and he had me spray soapy water on the tire valve stems to see if they were the issue. We purchased a new, “Hawk” bumper pull 2 horse trailer from Chris at Lone Spur. Excellent services, communication, knowledge and helpfulness are a small handful of complements to start. Chris is an authorized Hawk dealer and he knows his stuff about the trailers and listened to our personal want list and we drove away with a great trailer and felt confident.
