I went into the shop today and felt very unwelcome. The guy who opened the place acted like he was better than everybody. He was very condescending and disrespectful. I did not get my tattoo done here because of the way the man spoke to me. He made me feel like he didn’t want my business at all. I feel like no one should ever leave a place of business feeling unwelcome and upset. And honestly the guys who work there look like they need to learn how to shower and wash their hair

I believe that respect is a two way street. We both politely stated we did not have time to complete a mandala chest piece as a walk In. At which point you began to taunt us with the arranged appointment you already had with another shop ( which in it self is very rude and disrespectful)...you got rude and received a prompt response which you did not like...sorry but you can't treat people like your time is more valuable than theirs. Mandy was amazing! I came in with a messed up septum from another shop, and she fixed it in an instant! She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I loved my nostril piercing she pierced as well. This shop was so clean and provided the most relaxed atmosphere! Thanks so much!
I went in looking to ask some questions and was greeted by amazing staff who explained everything to me. And made me very comfortable even when I wasn't getting pierced that day. Two days later I was hoping to get pierced but missed the piercer at fault of my own. Even then they were very willing to work with me the next morning. Although I ended up somewhere else, I'd highly recommend Lost Soul. And definitely will be going there first for any future piercings.

Absolutely love my tattoo that I got yesterday. Joey did an awesome job and was so friendly during the process. I would recommend it this tattoo parlor to all my friends and I will be going back for more
