Katie is amazing! I’ve been going to her for almost a year now. I’ve had many facials, but none as good as hers.
I just had a Facial with Rachel and she was extremely knowledgeable and professional and also so fun! She gave me tips and shared her product knowledge about what would work best for my skin type. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be back! The spa itself is truly a hidden gem in Knoxville. The environment is so carefully curated and you can tell that Emily put so much love and thought into making it a getaway for all of her clients.
This was my first visit to Lost Lagoon and I’ve already booked my next appointment! My facial that I had with Kelsey was exceptional! I loved everything about it from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. It is truly a hidden gem!
I had the best facial tonight with Kelsey! She gave the best massage with amazing pressure. I really enjoyed my experience and will be back!
