I wasn’t sure what to expect for my first float, but it was so much more than I could’ve imagined. The sense of calm and peacefulness was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but the facility itself was a breath of fresh air. Ommmm... I just got home from doing Yin Yoga with Abby at the 7pm class tonight. I feel so amazing right now. I sit at a computer all day so my neck & shoulders get really tight. They feel so relaxed and good right now. Abby did a a great job explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. I'm already counting down the days to next Monday. 😍
