Office staff is friendly and helpful. I think it is great that they have organized events for the residents. Maintenance fixes appliances in a timely manner. Gates work. Parking is not an issue. All in all, it's a quiet place. Sure you can hear people sometimes from within your apartment, but that's to be expected for living in an apartment complex.

Lived here for a year. The management was lackadaisical back then and I hear even worse now. Over-crowded with spoiled rich LeCom students who could care less about others or families with kids. Horrible about protecting tenants, etc.
