I rented here June 26th and Amy helped me. Amy is awesome. They have onsight maintenance and they do show up for emergencies. The grounds are kept as well as can be expected since there is no watering. I have not met any tenants yet but I have not been here long. Overall nice place to live. I recommend this apartment. Maintenance issues are almost always done the same day. Office staff go out of their way to help you. I really like this place.

I lived here for about a year from 2022 to 2023 and moved out because there was mold in my son’s room, mold leaking out from the outside wall and under the sink. I kept up with all the work orders and notified management as soon as the mold was found and their response was “Well you signed the documents that you are aware of mold.” I moved out because they never went to fix the mold issues. Gave notice of intent to move out as per lease agreement apartment complex racked up month to month charges and filed for eviction after I moved out.
