We've been without hot water for over a week, and this isn’t the first time something essential has been neglected. With three kids, it’s completely unacceptable — and sadly, just one of many issues. The swimming pools are rarely open, and when they are, they’re disgusting — full of dirt and clearly not maintained. Particularly in the summer, the swimming pools are closed.
