Management are thieves, I informed them I was only in town for 3 month job so i signed a 3 mo lease paying about 1000/mo. At the end of my lease they gave me a bill for almost $4000 saying i didnt give them a 60 day written notice…they purposely avoid telling people this detail so they can screw them over at the end of the lease. Evil people working there trying to get us hard working Americans any which way they can. Almost forgot I had a roach infestation when i 1st moved in.
The leasing agent Belle is very friendly, helpful, and professional. The downside to living here is the wastewater/sewage cost are a bit high. Overall a good place to live.
The maintenance staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. Glad the pools are open more than not as when I first moved in they both needed repairs. Appreciate the management for trying to create more community environment throughout the complex. Also appreciate that the pet fees haven’t been raised, like some other costs have been. Would love to have more energy conservation upgrades like better insulation and windows. It’s a nice place to live, it’s quite, they are pet friendly and the staff are very helpful, the only issue I have are the roaches
