I lived there for three years until recently, they will leave you in the cold without hot water for days in the midst of winter. Which if there was some type of compensation for it could be understood. They are nickle and dime supremacists and will charge you for everything they can. I signed a contract to buy a house a few days after their required time of 60 days and paid a whole month’s rent for the second even though I wasn’t there. The apartment complex is a very nice complex. Management is amazing. and Courtney assisted with showing me a townhome, The pool, and the workout room. she was very professional, Informative, And knowledgeable with answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
Low quality units that have not been updated since the early 80s and which were lowest bidder construction when new. Underhanded tricks such as distributing Notice to Vacate forms with move out illegally stated as within 3 days instead of the legally required 30 days, OH, and those forms are recycled and given to people who are slightly behind on rent by a day, all part of a policy of getting as many leases signed as possible. We've been without hot water for over a week, and this isn’t the first time something essential has been neglected. With three kids, it’s completely unacceptable — and sadly, just one of many issues. The swimming pools are rarely open, and when they are, they’re disgusting — full of dirt and clearly not maintained. Particularly in the summer, the swimming pools are closed. The dog park is destroyed, there is no proper place for children to play, and the grass areas are overtaken by weeds. It’s as if upkeep is not a priority ... read more
