I have worked in the lodging industry at many ski resorts in Colorado and Utah. The rooms were great, and the service was excellent. The front desk agent Helena made us feel like we were at home, and went out of her way to make us our stay memorable!
Great staff, especially Edgar the valet. The rooms are neat, but the toilet paper is… well… paper thin. Odd item to cheap out on. Bit of a haul to Telluride, but if you’re staying here you’re probably doing so for the immediate amenities.
Laura and the complete staff at the IALC do such an unbelievable job of making your stay enjoyable. My wife and I love staying there every summer!
We had an amazing stay at Inn at Lost Creek! From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. The valet team was incredibly helpful, the front desk was warm and professional, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful room with two balconies overlooking Mountain Village. The room was spotless, the rooftop hot tub with mountain views was the perfect way to relax, and we especially appreciated how kind everyone was to our dog, Luna.
