Rude front office.
Updated: The staff at the office were great and super helpful. The laundry room was always disgusting and so I would always drive to a laundry mat to do my laundry. The apartment needed a major update all appliances and fixtures included. It was so dusty and dark it was an unhealthy and depressing place to live honestly. The stairs leading to the apartment were not covered so rain or snow you’re going to get wet. The windows are single pane so it really doesn’t help keep the place cool or hot.
Really nice property and they don't add a bunch of random fees like other places. Highly recommend!
I’ve lived here for a few years now, starting at a 1 bedroom and moving to a 2 bedroom. This is one of the best communities I’ve lived. The apartment buildings are older, but maintenance has always been on top of things. They also keep up with landscaping and the grounds are very well kept. There are a few ponds with koi that you can feed with food that the office provides. Great location, and I feel safe. I love living here and would highly recommend!
We have been living here almost a year now and have loved it. Things get fixed quickly. The common areas are always clean and pretty. The location is amazing, especially for anyone looking to commute with the frontrunner or trax.
