I had body work done at Lossman and the repairs were done satisfactory. I had them do some insurance work and in addition i asked them to repair a separate issue. They said no problem and it would be a week. I came back to pick up my vehicle and they only completed the insurance portion and not the second job even though they were on the same side of the vehicle.
