They are a huge rip off. They charged me with insurance 300+ for eye exams and glasses that I informed them I would no longer need due to the fact that I am a candidate for Lasik. Please EVERYONE see if you’re a candidate first instead of wasting money here! Will tell people to not go here. It has taken them 2 weeks to even process part of the 650.00 they owe me. Keep the glasses I ordered because Lasik is the best way to go.
We have been to Lossman eye several times. I bring my children for their exams. I just brought my youngest (5) for his first exam and the doctor and staff were very good with him. It's hard to find places that are so kind and patient with young kids. Every doctor we've had here has been great!
