We were suffering from covid and Alex did a video chat with us and put our minds at ease. Explained everything and prescribed a medication to get us feeling better. He’s very thorough in his explanations. Good at his job!
Highly recommend Dr. Losinski. She takes time to listen and to thoroughly understand what you are going through. She approaches things with an open mind and is willing to listen. I never dread going to the doctors office.
Hassle to get a call back when asking for results, even after a few weeks of waiting. They apparently do no check messages on the portal either. When you do get a call back you do not get a detailed message of what you asked originally. Maintenance medications are not sent to pharmacy with several months refills. Doctor not very thorough in asking questions to try to find out what could be wrong. Will definitely be finding a new doctor
My entire family has been using Dr Losinski as our family doctor for several years and I can say that at 52 y/o she is the best family physician I have ever known. My wife has had some serious health issues over the last year and Dr Losinski has been very accommodating, understanding and extremely knowledgeable about her condition and treatments. She always listens intently and never makes us feel rushed. I would highly recommend Dr Losinsky and her incredible staff.
Dr. Losinski is one of the best Doctors I've ever had. She is caring and kind, an excellent listener, and never makes you feel like your concerns are stupid or that you are wasting her time. She instills confidence! And her treatments, recommendations, and diagnostic skills are excellent.
I went in today as a new patient and Dr. Losinski was EVERYTHING I've been looking for in a doctor and more. Friendly staff, clean office, VERY convenient check in (they have this amazing system where you check in on a tablet and don't have to fill out paperwork. It's efficient and extremely simple to use.) I am soooo happy that I found them. My previous doctor tried referring me to a specialist with everything I came to her about so finally, after 4 years I switched because I work so many hours
