This is my 3rd time working with Joseph Khoshlesan & Mr. Stephen Losh and I must again say what an amazing experience. Our building was struck by an uninsured motorist who was fleeing a police chase. The damage to our building was significant in nature but our building insurance provider refused to take into consideration that although the only the exterior tile of our building was damaged that since it continued throughout the interior lobby as well as our stairwell that those areas should be covered and replaced as well. I've known Stephen for years and can tell you their HOA work is mighty interesting. One thing hardly anyone talks about is: How nice they are to people. Their work is stellar but I also appreciate the human touch.
