I have tried numerous times to cancel my Lose it Subscription. I have went to the website, I have tried to use my phone. I have used the chat to Lose It to only be given some instructions that do not work. I have asked for a telephone number and to no avail the bot indicates that there is no telephone number available for support. However, each year my credit card is charged for a subscription that I've tried to cancel several times. i cant contact them at all i did not want to be charged i also didnt sign up for a subscription i canceled my account but i need my refund i cant afford this but there is no way to contact them trying to file a complaint on their website doesnt work it wont let you log in there is no number to call im pretty sure this is a scam site!
I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription following Lose It instructions. However, there is no where to click to indicate you would like to cancel the subscription. Also there is no way to contact Lose It by phone. I have sent an email and no one has responded. I just want to cancel my subscription. Period!

Horrible I give up trying to cancel subscription. The company has made as difficult as possible. No phone contact that I could find. When and they will charge my credit card Ill have no choice but decline the charge.
I ordered this app via apple over 3 years ago and i canceled it through apple store 2 years ago. They still keep charging my credit card and the apple receipt with it does not show ** in my apple purchases. Also, i use a totally different card for my apple purchases for the past two years. This is fraud if you tell me.
This organization has unlawfully renewed membership even after I spoke to an agent two years in a row to cancel the subscription, as well as canceling online, following their description. When I canceled the subscription - again - online, instead I received a renewal notice! I finally had to file a fraud report with my card issuer and cancel the credit card so that it wouldn't happen again.
