We cannot not recommend this builder to anyone as after our home was built and financing complete it has been horrible to get issues corrected. Our biggest issue was our tile floors and the grout as we went with tile that looks like hardwood floors. The tile had a haze and the grout looked dusty to no end we could not get these cleaned. Losaw Construction had known about this problem for months and we even have text saying they would get it cleaned.
