I purchased this new build home just three years ago, expecting peace of mind and quality construction. Unfortunately, the roof has already developed a significant leak, which is extremely disappointing for a home this new. What’s worse is the builder’s response – or lack thereof. I’ve reached out multiple times, only to receive generic, unhelpful replies that don’t address the issue or offer a real solution. Our house is just 3–4 years old, and we were very disappointed to find the roof leaking during the recent rain. For a relatively new build, this kind of issue is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality of construction. We contacted the builder, and while someone did come to take pictures of the damage, no one has followed up since. Repeated calls have gone unanswered. The lack of responsibility and poor customer service is extremely frustrating. We expected much better from a professional builder
