This was the most beautiful setting for a wedding and everything was done 'top notch' from beginning to end! I can't say enough nice things about all those there who helped make this the best, most perfect wedding we could ever have dreamed of! — with Jared Anthony Smith.
DO NOT USE THIS VENUE FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY! My fiancée signed with Los Willows after their sister property closed due to COVID. We were promised by the staff and General Manager Lynne that if we moved to their venue that "they would do right by us". Well as you may guess by the one-star review, they did not do right by us. Our original venue, Paradise Falls, closed permanently due to COVID. The staff at Los Willows was prompt to contact us to transfer. We indicated we were unwilling to change our date (due to military deployment, family members health, and other pressing timing issues) but as numbers were falling in SD it seemed the best option & per the Act of God clause in our contract we felt protected (If owner is unable to perform through no fault of theirs we get a full refund) we were told they would inform us of the likelihood our wedd... read more
