AVOID!!!! There are not enough reviews to warn people of this place. I read the few reviews, but thought, "Meh, it's probably not really as they say." It is, and worse. I lived right off the street, and the gate would be open. Anyone off the street could come into our backyards. We had built a partial fence to keep our little ones safe, but we were told that we couldn't keep it up. We couldn't let our kids in the small space we had. There is only a half fence, and my littles have climbed over it and escaped out of the proper... read more
The worst renting experience I've had. Avoid this place. $1950 charged at the end of the lease. Expect to owe money at the end of the lease even if you took good care of the place.
