Brought my brake pads that I had purchased from O'Reilys Auto Parts to this shop. And instead of putting them on like I asked and paid for, they turned around and put their own supplier's used break pads. Those break pads didn't last more than a week. Thus paid twice for rear break pads and twice to have rear break pads put in. Never going back. I don't blame the mechanics they just do what they're told. Owner/Management is to blame.
