I'm a house flipper who works with a LOT of contractors. I've had horrible contractors and great contractors on other projects, and I can tell you that Los Reyes does a great job at a reasonable price! Their bid was still at the market rate compared to other roofers, but they went above and beyond for me to make sure they got the job over other roofing companies, and I'm glad they did! I'll be calling them for the next three roofs that I have coming up. Great job guys! See you again soon.
Outstanding company in every aspect! They replaced the damaged wood around the roof, repaired the beams that had dry rot, and replaced the old roof. I am delighted for many reasons. The never came. I believe they called me and said they didn't do mobile homes even after I asked them during the initial call. Twice I asked them and yes was the answer. I get a call on the day they were supposed to come. The guy says what is it that you want. I explained it and he was we don't work on mobile homes . I hung up on him. Bad business.
I had a super initial conversation with Mitch, and he went out to get us a quote on a property for our client. He promised a quote in writing within a day, which was crucial in the case since the written quote was suppose to be submitted to the seller and buyer to seal a sale transaction. After following up with him multiple times (me and my co-worker (team mate) called and texted him about the quote. He ignored our text messages and phone calls.
