The never came. I believe they called me and said they didn't do mobile homes even after I asked them during the initial call. Twice I asked them and yes was the answer. I get a call on the day they were supposed to come. The guy says what is it that you want. I explained it and he was we don't work on mobile homes . I hung up on him. Bad business.
I had a super initial conversation with Mitch, and he went out to get us a quote on a property for our client. He promised a quote in writing within a day, which was crucial in the case since the written quote was suppose to be submitted to the seller and buyer to seal a sale transaction. After following up with him multiple times (me and my co-worker (team mate) called and texted him about the quote. He ignored our text messages and phone calls.
