Hello ... it was mid-July 2024 ... and I needed a new roof soon. My insurance company knew my roof was old and said I needed a new roof. A few months earlier a co-worker of mine had a new roof installed by Los Reyes Roofing and said they were good honest people and did quality work. reroofed single family home ~ 2300sqft of roof with asphalt shingles. They were very approachable, answered my questions, gave me options and suggestions. They ordered the shingles I wanted. I added a radiant barrier at their suggestion. Job was done in 3 days at peak summer heat. No problems, no leaks. very easy to work with. No money down, just pay on completion.
