I literally had to go to the door to the kitchen in order to get someone out to take our order because the music was so loud they didn't even know they had customers at the counter.
Ordered a Cali monster burrito and the fries were cold to the point that the cheese wasn't even melted. Meat was gross, tasted like it was from the day before. The size of their burritos is probably %40 smaller than what they advertise. I stupidly enough decided to give them another chance. I ordered a different monster burrito and 3 taquitos. Well, I waited for 15 minutes and just kept watching customers come in and order food, get their order and leave. Finally went up and asked about my order and they didn't even make it.... read more
La verdad tienen muy mala atención al cliente, la cajera se miraba con una cara amargada y muy poco amable, la muchacha era alta y blanca y la verdad con ese servicio no lo recomiendo

Great tasting food, big portions and friendly service. We've been to a couple of the locations and haven't been disappointed.
