I’ve lived here for 10 years and wouldn’t choose anyplace else. There are many monthly activities provided for residents that entail varied interests. There is something here for everyone. RTC bus stops in front of the property. Location is close to senior centers, grocery stores and restaurants. Over the past 10 years all maintenance problems have been solved in a timely manner.

One of best places for seniors to retire/live. Convenient/accessible to commercial establishments, airport, strip & other areas of interests. Management resolve issues pertaining to maintenance & cleanliness of compound in due time. Reliable service technicians especially Roberto who’s well mannered, nice person & knowledgeable of fixing almost everything! . Office people are approachable especially Elizabeth. We’ve been here since 2019 others longer.
My grandmother was staying here and it was so bad that we actually had to break the lease and move her out. The elevators are often broken and the staff in the office are terrible to try to work with. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
Channel 8 News is reporting the elevator has been out for days and elderly and blind people are trapped in their rooms! This is shameful and should be illegal!
