The rooms are small, look a little dated, but honestly, who cares. This is an affordable stay that was very clean inside and outside. Has functional bathrooms, showers, fan, HVAC, and blocks the street noise well. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and clean, too.
Owner was very friendly. We had a newer room and were very comfortable. Location is so close to downtown as well. Great stay!

Nice rooms for a good price. Usually stay here when passing through SLO. Plenty of on site parking and street parking right out front.
Very personal service, great price point.
