I owe them a sincere apology, I was contacted by Terry the owner who informed me that my complaint had been about a policy a former partner had instituted at that time. This place has a little something for every type of person-except for swimmers. They don’t have a pool. The weight section is equal to the expensive gym I left. The classes are great and I’ve tried several. I hired a trainer so that I can have help with my goals. Access to physical therapy equipment is a major plus as I live with chronic pain from injuries. The smoothie bar is a great bonus. What keeps me coming back is the staff. They’re just really great people❤️
The equipment is kept in good working order for our safety and our use. The front desk staff members are friendly and helpful , and the personal trainers are outstanding.
The staff is very helpful here, and the gym equipment is in great shape. This is a nice, clean gym with pretty great hours. I recommend this spot!
My husband, Jim Ross, has been going to Los Osos Fitness for years. They are in part responsible for my husbands remarkable success recovering from shoulder, hip repair and lung transplant. The Doctors were amazed at his fittness going into these surgeries and recovery. The folks a Los Osos fitness worked with Jim to get maximum recovery. My deepest thank you to all at Los Osos Fitness for taking such great care of my Hubby. I highly recommend Los Osos Fitness?
I love this place! Excellent staff, always helpful and friendly. A personal trainer who devised a routine for me that does not exacerbate any of my pre-existing conditions. I've even made friends who come in on the same days. One of the best decisions I've made since I moved to the Central Coast.
This gym has everything you need to get In excellent shape and all of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I am extremely happy i have a membership here.
