The manager was rude and disrespectful today!!. They locked my keys in the car and he said I should carry the alarm fob in my purse so this doesn't happen. He asked "do the doors lock when you put it into drive?" (Yes, dumbass,). I asked "since when do you put a car into drive to go thru an automatic washer? Isn't the car in neutral?" No apology or anything from him. Never going back... not just for today's issue, but their quality has gone down tremendously.
I will choose not to get my car washed here again. The quarters I had on my console were stolen. It isn't the small amount of money that was taken that was most upsetting; it was the way the manager "handled" the situation.
They used to actually do a great job cleaning the cars but today I had to wipe down all 4 wheels that were still covered in brake and road soot. Also had change stolen out of the car and though the manager gave us credit on our next wash, he made it clear he didn't believe us...
*******Try at own risk******Wow what a waste! I took my car in and all that happened was the outside was washed. The inside was still dusty. The windows were still dirty. Such a busy place to get a crappy job done.
Worst car wash in the area. They never even attempt to clean the 3rd row. I try not to be the kind of guy that brow beats an guy working cleaning cars but here it is always such a poor job I have to ask them to clean the inside better.
