I was extremely disappointed with my visit to Los Olivos and cannot recommend this dental clinic. I wish I had read the review by Sareh below before booking with this clinic. First, I booked the appointment online with Dentist Kevin Su, but upon arrival, I was switched to another dentist with no explanation. I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Tara when I needed a dental crown. From the very first visit, she made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her care. BEWARE! My first appointment they tried to convince me that I need deep cleaning which would cost about $500 out of pocket. They've hired an ex-sales rep to do this. The second appointment I showed up to only be informed that they no longer accept my insurance and I will need to pay cash for cleaning. Their receptionist Niki was unapologetic and lied "I called you yesterday about it." There were no voicemails and emails about insurance from their office.
