The property manager is Totally nice. The manager keeps the property clean. Beautiful landscape. I recommend
We lived here for 10 years. I lived in two separate apartments, a one bedroom and two bedroom, and I’ve NEVER had an issue with roaches. Either some of you don’t clean or your neighbors are questionable. Some of you may complain Maria is strict. It takes a lot to maintain a property, in our opinion she’s done a great job. The only complaints I have are from some of the neighbors being loud when we all work the next day.
The property is nice the customer service is awful. They do not pick up the phone or return phone calls. Management lacks understanding and customer service. Take your money elsewhere Irvine has other nice and newer places to live.
I live in these apartments management is terrible. The people will receive your packages and not give them back to you and there are roaches
