My wife and I lived there back in the early 2000's. Our first place after getting married. In the long run, wasn't the best experience for various reasons. Although, it promted us purchase our first house after a few yrs.

The property manager is Totally nice. The manager keeps the property clean. Beautiful landscape. I recommend
We lived here for 10 years. I lived in two separate apartments, a one bedroom and two bedroom, and I’ve NEVER had an issue with roaches. Either some of you don’t clean or your neighbors are questionable. Some of you may complain Maria is strict. It takes a lot to maintain a property, in our opinion she’s done a great job. The only complaints I have are from some of the neighbors being loud when we all work the next day.
