Showed up to our scheduled appointment at the time told and Noone was at the front desk. Sat there for 15-20 minutes no one greeted us. One nurse came out from the back and didn’t acknowledge us at all. Also we could hear the nurse in the room talking to the other mother. She just kept repeating to her that with out this shot if her child got sick she could die, she could die over and over. Very unprofessional. Will not be bringing my child here. We left. THERE WAS NOONE FREAKING THERE!!!

I do NOT recommend going here to get your child their synagis shots. PLEASE find a way to go somewhere else. The first time my boyfriend and I brought our son here, the worker administering his shots told us that we could leave right after she gave him the shots. It turns out they are required to have you wait TWENTY minutes before you can leave so that they are sure your child does not have a reaction to the shots.
