Mole, mole, mole. And 4 more. The only thing I am not a fan of, multiple televisions. We got the buffet tonight am now a super fan of it. I have previously tried the chile nogado, which was very different and delicious . Slightly sweet, creamy. Spicy.
The buffet and especially the birria is delicious.
