Not sure if this place is understaffed or if the staff doesn't care. My child needed a vaccine, and we've gotten her vaccines here before without a problem. This time, I called at least 5 times and left 3 voicemails, and no returned call. I called the department of health in Belen, and my call was returned same day.
They never answer their calls. They aren’t busy. Their office is empty and they never come out and see someone.
Office is currently closed and will be for the next week. Called about a possible need for Plan B and left a voicemail. Thank goodness I went to check the office as there is a note on the door about the closure, but nothing on voicemail. Did you not think that might be important info for the voicemail? "We're closed, and here's who to call:"? Nothing?

The older lady that does the weigh in for the kids was very inpatient was in a bad mood would give it 0 stars if I could.
