Patrica is a very great veterinarian. Staff told us we could get a free wellness check for a kitten we adopted from a staff member. When we received the statement we advised that we were not supposed to be charged for this. They said they would check on this and get back to us. No calls were received, told us to wait until the next visit for credit. Was told they could not give the credit that was promised. Otherwise would give them 5 stars.
