Space is decent for small event. Bagged salad, frozen reheated food was horrible, the DJ was horrible. The bar only had 12 of each beer and ran out pretty quick, besides the fact that it was warm at best.
I had a great night. My wedding was a small event, but the food was delicious and we all had a great time. I got the coordinator and he was great. He read the room and made sure the things on my wish list were done. My favorite thing is that everything we did was done by them, so I really felt like I could enjoy the party. Beto knows how to throw a party listen to him even if he can work on his tone. He means well.
Highly dissatisfied. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Los Lagos Event Center was truly unacceptable. From the start, the customer service was biased towards one party, but the worst part was dealing with the owner, who was not only unprofessional but downright rude. Went to get quote the other week for an event for 80 people and was told $2000. When I went to go book 2 weeks later, I was told it would be $2400 now. When I explained what I assume to be was the owner of how I was originally quoted 2k by another worker there, both owner and her were adamant that was never discussed. I was told only 70 people could be accommodated for $2100 which wasn’t what was said before.
