Years ago I used to buy homemade tamales that ladies would sell door to door in the city; they were really good. I had never had real fresh tameles like that before, so I bought a dozen every time. These are better; the best I've had! Stop and get some, you won't be disappointed.
What can I add that others have not. Simply the best Tamales there are. I was actually in the room when they won their James Beard Award. I never pass through Union Gap without stopping
The asparagus tamales are the best should of bought more.
