I scheduled a cleaning with Abigail at Los Guerra's well in advance (at least one to two weeks) on the day before a move out for my apartment. We agreed on a 9am cleaning for two hours with one cleaner. On the day of the cleaning, I reached out with our apartment door/gate code so that Abigail could relay the message to the cleaner. I never heard from her. I tried to call her, no answer. I left a message too. No cleaner showed up to our apartment and by then it was 9:40AM.
