Was in new braunfels with family heard good things and decided to try it. The restaurant was busy but staff was very disorganized. We waited awhile in line to be seated and there was a few empty tables. No one acknowledged us for a few minutes when we finally got set at a table no one acknowledged us. Someone from the back brought out chips and salsa. We sat there for more the 10 mins and no one acknowledged us or brought us menus other tables that were sat after us got menus and drinks.
