I am a Winter Texan and broke a front tooth off. My appointment was at 8:00 AM and I was seen right away. Dr. Nelson was so kind and said she would call the lab technician and see if he could come and get a tooth made for me. He came right away,the dental staff took impressions and the lab tech took them and said we could come back at 3:00 to get fitted for my tooth.It was ready and fit perfectly. The dentists attending their patients are awesome but the problem that I have encountered numerous times is rescheduling. I can have an appointment scheduled and I prepare for it with my work schedule and then all of a sudden it is rescheduled by them at the last minute. Take for today as an example, I had an appointment scheduled for this upcoming Monday and they just called me this morning for me to go in today at 2pm because their hygienist will be out all of a sudden on Monday.
